Ensure the effective and continuous delivery of a software technology services portfolio, leading the technical team, aligning solutions with business objectives, and promoting the use of current technologies to optimize quality, speed, and scalability. **Some of Your Responsibilities:** * Lead the team’s technical direction * Plan and ensure on-time project delivery * Define technical architecture and quality standards * Prepare and review technical proposals * Design, plan, and assign tasks according to complexity, prioritization, team capabilities, and current workload * Manage project budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) * Mentor and evaluate team performance * Educate and mentor less experienced team members * Foster innovation in relevant technologies * Coordinate with stakeholders * Monitor technical and compliance risks * Promote quality practices Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Execution Engineering or Civil Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computing, or Telecommunications. * 6 years of experience, including 4 years in software development with a proven track record in technical leadership roles.
