We are looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the role of Delivery Service Manager in our company, with experience and expertise in the software development lifecycle, team management, leadership, and organizational agility. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Ensure the successful implementation and execution of services on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, ensuring profitability and timely billing while pursuing customer satisfaction in ongoing and/or assigned projects; support service growth by identifying new opportunities. * Ensure services comply with the defined methodology and quality standards under the contracted service terms. * Monitor adherence to SLAs and/or KPIs committed to customers. * Ensure definition of the service plan and guarantee its execution. * Understand the technical and legal requirements of the service under your responsibility. FINANCE AND COSTS **People Management** * Ensure optimal results in e\-NPS and employee engagement surveys for team members under your supervision. * Jointly define and implement, with People & Culture, the Development Path and training plan. * Ensure personnel receive corporate onboarding and role-specific onboarding. * Promote knowledge sharing across Squads and communities for optimal performance of assigned responsibilities. * Ensure company policies are known and followed by personnel delivering services under your supervision. * Conduct initial and performance evaluations for all team members and ensure individual development plans and respective follow-up are carried out where applicable. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Minimum 8 years of experience participating in technology projects/services. * 3–4 years of experience in people management, commercial management, customer service, administration, agile methodology implementation, and financial management. * Knowledge of administrative and financial resource management in projects (billing, margin assessment); design and implementation of customer management strategies (NPS tracking). * Knowledge of people management. * Knowledge of programming languages and technology service lifecycles. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** University degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** 5+ years of experience leading software development projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring successful deliveries. Experience implementing and overseeing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * **Technical Knowledge:** Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and their implementation in development teams. SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle): In-depth knowledge of the development lifecycle, from design through deployment. Project management tools: Experience with JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar. Programming languages and frameworks: Basic or intermediate knowledge of languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, or frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
