Collaborating on system design and architecture ### **Role Description** We are looking for a **Backend Developer Golang** with experience in **TDD (Test Driven Development)** to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Golang**, experience in **unit and automated testing**, and the ability to work with **Docker** for containerized application management and deployment. Additionally, experience in **Java with Spring** and **microservice architecture** is required, contributing to the design and implementation of scalable and robust solutions. This role combines **on-site and remote work**, collaborating with a dynamic, technically excellence-oriented team. ### **Responsibilities** * Developing APIs for online services (Enterprise Portal). * End-to-end responsibility for the development lifecycle. * Building reliable and high-performance applications. * Developing REST APIs for external vendors and internal clients. ### **Technical Requirements** * **Required experience:** 2+ years as a Backend Developer. * 2+ years developing microservices. * 1+ year contributing to system design (architecture, design patterns, scalability). * 1+ year of experience in Golang. * Experience designing APIs (Swagger / OpenAPI). * **Technologies and tools (mandatory for senior profile):** Golang * Docker * Kubernetes * Kafka * Redis * GitLab CI / GitHub Actions * Linux/Unix * **Desirable:** Java with Spring. * Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle. * Relational and non-relational databases. ### **Mindset / Profile** * Clean Code and SOLID principles. * TDD and CI/CD. * Design and integration patterns. * Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation. * Strong communication skills. ### **Work Modality** Hybrid (2 days per week on-site).
