Apply directly through getonbrd.com. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily, planning, retro, refinements) to align goals and prioritize deliverables. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to define, test, and validate design hypotheses. * Design coherent, accessible, and consistent interfaces aligned with existing design systems. * Translate research insights and data into usable and measurable solutions. * Create and maintain flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and UI components. * Provide strategic vision in defining end\-to\-end user experiences. ### **Requirements and Experience** Minimum requirements:* Minimum of 2 years of experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban). * Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Jira, Miro, or other collaborative platforms. * Knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and user-centered design methodologies. * Ability to iterate quickly, receive feedback, and align design with business metrics. * Strong communication skills to convey design ideas and decisions to non-specialist teams.
