Position Summary: We are seeking an Oracle DBA for the modernization, implementation, and deployment of an integrated system to replace the current personnel administration system. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with Oracle Database 19c. 2. Official Oracle certifications (Oracle Certified Professional). 3. Experience in data migration and cybersecurity compliance. Objectives and Summary:** The tender aims to modernize, implement, and deploy an integrated system to replace the company's current Personnel Administration System (SIAP). **3\. Technical Requirements:** **Infrastructure:** Mandatory on-premises installation with integration into institutional VMware vSphere. **Database:** Exclusive use of Oracle Database 19c. **Migration:** Migration of historical and current data from the SIAP system to the new ERP. **Security:** Compliance with cybersecurity standards set by the Chilean Army CSIRT and protection of sensitive data using TLS/SSL and AES. **SLA:** Maximum initial response time of 4 business hours and resolution of critical incidents within a maximum of 1 business day. An on-premises solution installed in the institutional data center with backup support on VMware vSphere is required. Technical requirements include compatibility with Oracle Database 19c and application servers such as Oracle WebLogic, IIS, Apache, or Nginx. **Official Oracle certifications are required:** Oracle Certified Professional; demonstrable experience with Oracle, Java, Python, C, and PHP. **4\.
