Our company **Parque del Recuerdo**, with over 1\.500 employees and ranked among Chile's best workplaces according to the Great Place to Work ranking, certified as a "B Corporation", and committed to diversity and inclusion for its employees, is seeking an **Information Process Engineer** to work in Huechuraba. **Position Objective:** Manage and strengthen the organization's data governance, ensuring information quality, traceability, and standardization to support decision-making and continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Document and map business processes, identifying the origin and flow of critical data. * Define and manage standards, business catalogs, and business definitions. * Coordinate with business units and technical teams to ensure reliable and available information. * Identify risks affecting data quality and promote their resolution. * Optimize corporate reports and KPIs by eliminating redundancies and ensuring consistency. * Identify process improvement opportunities and measure the impact of implemented initiatives. **Position Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Engineering, Management Control, or related degree. (Mandatory) * Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in process mapping and redesign, information management, or management control. (Preferred) * Proven experience working directly with business units—not exclusively with IT departments. (Mandatory) * Prior experience in data governance, data cataloging, or information quality management. (Preferred) * Experience in digital transformation projects or adoption of new capabilities within business units. (Preferred) Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:45–18:00 hrs; Friday, 8:45–17:00 hrs.
