This Position reports to: Service Manager **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are carried out in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and objectives. You will also demonstrate your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to proactively manage schedule risks. The working model for this role is: **Hybrid** This role contributes to the Electrification Business Area in Santiago, Chile. **You will be primarily responsible for:** * Leading the team assigned to the project. * Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient use of resources, and project financial aspects. * Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risks, ensuring all opportunities are identified and leveraged. * Driving formal project acceptance, contract closure, and customer recognition, all in accordance with contractual agreements. **Qualifications for the role:** * You hold a professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Administration, or related fields, supported by demonstrated experience in these areas. * You have more than 5 years of experience in managing electrification service projects. * You are passionate about team coordination and effective resource management, and are innovative in solving project-related challenges. * You are comfortable communicating in English at an intermediate or advanced level. * You possess the required licenses and valid work permits to work in Chile.
