Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Operator to execute production programs, operate and maintain machinery, and coordinate teams in a food company. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and maintain machinery efficiently. 2. Coordinate work teams to fulfill production programs. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. JBA (Don Juan, EDRA, etc.), a leading company in food manufacturing, distribution, and marketing, is looking to incorporate a Maintenance Operator into its team to work in the commune of Quilicura. Main Responsibilities: 1\.\- Efficiently execute the production program on time and as scheduled, in accordance with procedures established by ICB/JBA, within the scope of quality, environment, and safety. 2\.\- Operate assigned machinery correctly and comply with work methodologies to ensure proper equipment operation and continuous improvement. 3\.\- Coordinate the work team to achieve fulfillment of the production program. 4\.\- Perform maintenance operations—preventive and corrective—on assigned machinery (basic/advanced) to ensure proper functioning. Main Requirements: * Electromechanical Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or related degree. * 2 years of experience in the position (preferably in food plants). * Availability to work rotating shifts in Quilicura (morning, afternoon, and night).
