The professional will be responsible for coordinating software development projects, ensuring code quality, and promoting technological innovation within the organization. Main Responsibilities * **Project Management**: Plan and oversee software development initiatives. * **Technical Leadership**: Guide the team on programming best practices and architecture. * **Solution Design**: Define scalable and efficient architectures. * **Process Optimization**: Implement agile methodologies and continuous improvement tools. * **Quality Control**: Ensure testing and system validation standards. * **Technological Innovation**: Introduce new technologies and frameworks into projects. * **Client Engagement**: Translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 6–8 years of experience in **software development**, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Angular, React). * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Technical English desirable.
