Network and mobile device configuration An IT support company is recruiting candidates for the position of IT Support Technician who meet the following requirements: Personal Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of verifiable on-site IT user support experience (Primary Requirement) * Strong oral and written communication skills, good spelling and writing ability. * Punctuality. Technical Requirements: * Windows and Apple Mac OS platform support. * Office suite across all versions. * Computer assembly and configuration. * Basic implementation and configuration of networking devices. * Use and configuration of iOS and Android mobile devices. * Joining computers to local domain and Azure. * Configuring Exchange email accounts. * Computer cloning. * Inventory creation. * Management of stock equipment. The position is based in Santiago, Providencia commune, with field visits primarily conducted within this area.
