




Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Preventionist to advise on and ensure compliance with legislation and safety procedures in projects, with a focus on risk prevention and staff training. Key Highlights: 1. Advise on risk prevention and applicable legislation. 2. Ensure safe processes and compliance with current regulations. 3. Participate in health, hygiene, and safety programs. We aim to hire an Occupational Risk Preventionist for one of our subsidiaries, who will work onsite in the commune of Santiago Centro and be available to travel for projects to the northern part of the country. **Responsibilities** ---------- Main duties include: * Advising all personnel on occupational risk prevention and proper risk assessment. * Advising all personnel on applicable legislation for the company, ensuring its dissemination and understanding. * Ensuring that the processes, functions, or activities under supervision or advisory are carried out in accordance with current legislation governing such activities and within a safe working environment. * Participating in the preparation of risk inventories associated with tasks and activities across various sites, ensuring their dissemination and implementation. * Ensuring periodic inductions and/or trainings on prevention topics and risk control, maintaining formal and documented records thereof. Additionally, entering this data into the "Personnel Induction Matrix" for recordkeeping. * Ensuring all risks are identified, assessed, and controlled before initiating any activity, while also verifying that all procedures associated with the activity are clearly understood and applied. * Conducting periodic audits of compliance with requirements or systems of our client companies regarding Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. * Participating in the development and implementation of internal health, hygiene, and safety programs, monitoring their execution. * Promptly reporting any incident or undesirable situation occurring in the area where duties are performed to immediate supervisors, verifying that all corrective measures are taken and risks controlled—even if this entails halting work. * Reporting and actively participating in investigations of incidents occurring within the company. * Preparing monthly statistical reports on results and/or trends related to Occupational Risk Prevention for analysis and evaluation, maintaining formal and documented records thereof for dissemination and subsequent improvement of identified deviations. **Requirements** -------------- Requirements: * Availability to travel for projects. * Prior experience in construction, mining, and/or engineering sectors. * Class B driver's license. * SEREMI resolution. * Technical professional or engineer in Occupational Risk Prevention.
