We strive to provide not only superior technology and design, but also outstanding quality, service, and application support. **Requirements** -------------- **Job Mission:** The person in this position will be responsible for comprehensively managing agreed-upon service plans with our customers, ensuring compliance with technical-commercial agreements and optimizing operations. **Responsibilities:** Supervise implementation and execution of agreed-upon service plans with customers. Ensure achievement of metrics and objectives through tracking and review of KPIs. Manage and review information associated with treatments. Achieve delivery of offered services and identify potential business opportunities. Lead monitoring of chemical technology application. Water analysis, reverse osmosis, corrosion control, and piping. Filtration in pre-treatment, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis; support corrosion control by evaluating trends and performing monitoring. Design follow-up plans and execute improvement plans jointly with the Account Manager. Prepare and issue technical reports and recommendations using Insight and automated reports. Supervise tracking of statistics and parameters in Insight. Ensure execution of technical inspections of customer assets. Execute chemical stock control and order generation. Lead maintenance and management of measurement equipment, including laboratory equipment, online meters, and chemical dosing systems. Direct procurement of materials and/or services required to deliver excellent customer service. **Technical Skills:** Education: Graduated or soon-to-graduate Chemical, Industrial, and/or Metallurgical Engineer. **Experience: 1 year in Mining (Mandatory)** Know-how in analytical techniques and electro-mechanical maintenance. Driver’s license B2.
