Position Summary: We are seeking a Security Manager for a building, responsible for supervising and coordinating security services, managing personnel, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Personnel management and regulatory compliance The building located at Isidora Goyenechea 3000, Plaza Perú area, Las Condes, is seeking a Security Manager to join its operations. Applicants must meet the following requirements: * Comply with the requirements established in Law No. 21\.659 on Private Security and its current regulation. * Engineering degree with at least eight semesters completed. * Valid and approved Security Manager course delivered by an authorized entity. * Accreditation before the corresponding regulatory authority (OS10 / Carabineros). * Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles in private security. * Leadership ability, team management skills, and capacity to implement operational protocols. * Impeccable resume and background. * No specific university professional degree is required, as stipulated under Law 21\.659\. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the building's security services. * Manage shifts, staffing levels, and personnel performance. * Ensure adherence to procedures and applicable regulations. * Coordinate actions with building management and clients.
