We are currently seeking a Technical Construction Inspector to work within a correctional facility. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and verify infrastructure, standard equipment, and safety systems, ensuring their proper implementation and operation. * Execute inspection plans related to Densificación 140 projects. * Implement and monitor personnel policies, quality standards, and risk prevention procedures defined by the Operator. * Monitor and optimize costs associated with project design and construction. * Prepare technical reports and ensure timely delivery of information to management. * Maintain clear and professional communication with the client, ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations during maintenance and repair activities. * Perform additional tasks as required by operational needs and supervisor instructions. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Construction Engineering or equivalent, with prior work experience demonstrating proficiency in job requirements. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficient computer skills at user level in the following programs: Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday. **Benefits** * Supplementary health insurance. * Compensation fund access. * Holiday bonuses on public holidays. * Provision of breakfast and lunch.
