Job Summary: The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and alerting on security incidents, supporting investigations and generating reports, ensuring the proper functioning of the system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor surveillance cameras and alert on security incidents 2. Support investigations and generate reports for the security department 3. Maintain records and logs of incidents and visitor entries Our company, Parque del Recuerdo—one of the best places to work in Chile according to the Great Place to Work ranking, certified as a "B Corporation", and committed to diversity and inclusion of its employees—is seeking: CCTV Operator Responsibilities: Must ensure proper use of the CCTV room, monitor and alert the security department in case of incidents, support investigations, and generate reports for the security department. * Monitor surveillance cameras * Report daily on the operational status of the camera system * Keep a record of each inspection * Record incidents as requested * Maintain the daily incident log * Keep up-to-date the daily visitor entry count log Requirements: * At least 2 years of experience in similar positions * Ideally hold the OS10 Security Course * Availability to work in Huechuraba **Desired Profile** ------------------ * At least 2 years of experience in similar positions * Ideally hold the OS10 Security Course * Availability to work in Huechuraba on a rotating 5x2 shift schedule
