Your primary responsibility is maintaining order and control of logistics processes. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Receive and dispatch cargo according to the agreed schedule. * Monitor and record cargo in the Master system: status, dimensions, quantities, and weights. * Control inventory of supplies and packaging materials. * Monitor physical and environmental conditions to ensure optimal protection of goods. * Keep the Master system updated to obtain accurate metrics. * Learn about Marken’s services and products and stay current with procedural changes. * Prepare, inspect, and clean Marken packaging and the work area. * Communicate with our logistics operator to coordinate pickups and monitor stock levels in the warehouse. * Deliver service aligned with Marken’s vision and high quality standards. * Respect all company policies at all times. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft applications; knowledge of logistics, operations, and warehousing. **Skills and Competencies:** Proactive/Dynamic, excellent attention to detail and customer focus, problem-solving skills, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills. **Experience:** More than 3 years of experience; knowledge of logistics processes, warehousing, and distribution of materials for clinical research. **Qualifications:** Completed secondary education.
