We are a group of international logistics and foreign trade service companies, seeking a Document Manager (pre and postnatal period) for one of our companies located in San Antonio - V region Main responsibilities: \- Carry out the process of receiving and entering service information into the system, in order to have reliable, up-to-date information available for internal management and achievement of company objectives within a positive work environment. \- Carry out the process of managing pre-service information for Chinese clients, in order to have reliable, up-to-date information available for internal management and achievement of company objectives within a positive work environment. \- Carry out the process of pickups/deliveries, less-than-container loads, and import/export shipments for clients, contributing to service fulfillment, while maintaining reliable, up-to-date information available for internal management and achievement of company objectives within a positive work environment. \- Perform other processes related to logistics management and fleet coordination as required by the company within a positive work environment. Education: technician in transport and logistics, technician in foreign trade, technician in port management, or related field. Knowledge and experience: \- At least 2 years in administrative roles \- Transport operations \- Fleet coordination support \- Administrative processes related to transport and storage operations. Shifts will occur on Saturdays, exceptionally on Sundays Job type: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 7 months Salary: $800\.000 \- $900\.000 per month
