Support in automation and continuous improvement Card Operations Analyst – Banking (Hybrid Mode) A leading banking sector company is seeking professionals to join its Card Operations area (Credit and Debit). Position Objective To manage and execute processes related to card products, ensuring operational continuity, proper handling of requests, and compliance with internal and external regulations, thereby contributing to an efficient and high-quality customer experience. Main Responsibilities Manage and resolve internal customer requests through various channels (CRM, Salesforce, email, etc.) Execute card operational processes (issuance, credit limits, interest rates, billing, etc.) Perform analysis and monitoring of critical business processes Execute reconciliation and accounting control processes Monitor SLA compliance and operational continuity Coordinate with internal departments for case resolution Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives (RPA or others) Requirements Education: Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Certified Public Accountant, or related field Minimum 2 years of banking experience (mandatory) Experience in operations or customer service areas Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets Knowledge of financial products, especially cards Experience with banking platforms (Salesforce, BciNet or others) (highly valued) Analytical ability, customer orientation, and teamwork skills Conditions Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days on-site) Location: Santiago Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:45 to 17:00 hrs Friday: 08:45 to 15:30 hrs Contract Type: Outsourcing Compensation: Market-competitive. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Humanities/Technical Track) or Technical Degree Years of Experience Keywords: analyst, operations, operaciones
