**QA Engineer – Automation \& Angular Testing (Full\-Time, Remote)** ==================================================================== Launchpad is looking for a QA Engineer to help us deliver high\-quality software, faster. You’ll be part of a cross\-functional squad working in sprints, where your testing expertise will directly impact feature stability, release confidence, and user experience. If you combine manual testing expertise, automation skills, and the ability to collaborate with developers, this role is made for you. Start date: December 2025 Contract length: Indefinite Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7\.30 to 16\.30 PST Work mode: 100% remote **️ What You’ll Be Doing** -------------------------- * Participate in sprint planning and daily standups to align QA efforts with dev workflows * Design and execute manual and automated test cases for UI, APIs, and backend * Work closely with developers to identify bugs early in the sprint lifecycle * Create and maintain test scripts for regression, integration, and smoke testing * Implement automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) * Use tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and RestAssured * Document results, report bugs, and support UAT when needed * Stay up to date on testing trends and help improve internal QA practices **✅ What You Need to Succeed** ------------------------------ ### **Must\-haves** * 3–5 years of experience in manual and automated testing * Hands\-on skills with Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks * Experience with API testing using Postman or RestAssured * Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Git, and version control * Working knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, Java, or Python) * Experience testing Angular applications * Strong communication, teamwork, and debugging skills * Agile mindset and experience in sprint\-based teams ### **Nice\-to\-haves** * Experience with QA platforms like Jira, Zephyr, or similar * Scripting experience and exposure to DevOps environments * Familiarity with Azure Cloud **What to Expect from Our Hiring Process** ------------------------------------------ We aim for a quick, friendly, and insightful selection experience: * Initial Interview (60 min) – with our Talent Acquisition Specialist * Culture Fit Chat (30 min) – with our Team Engagement Manager * Meet the Team (60 min) \- technical interview **Why Join Launchpad?** ----------------------- At Launchpad, we believe people come first.
