Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior UiPath Developer with RPA experience, technical expertise, and mentoring skills to join a multidisciplinary and multicultural team. Key Highlights: 1. Mentoring and problem-solving capabilities **What We Are Looking For?** Senior UiPath Developer. **Your Main Responsibilities:** Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven RPA development experience with UiPath. Certification: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) – Highly desirable. **Technical Expertise:** Experience with REFramework (non-negotiable). Advanced proficiency in Selectors, UI Explorer, and Object Descriptors. Knowledge of .NET (C\# or VB.NET) for invoking custom code. Experience integrating with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and web services (REST/JSON APIs). Use of version control systems (Git, SVN, Azure DevOps). Language: Technical English (Intermediate/Advanced) for reading documentation and/or interacting with global teams. **Desirable Skills** Experience with Process Mining or Task Mining tools. Knowledge of Document Understanding and Machine Learning models within UiPath. Experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Knowledge of Python or PowerShell for auxiliary scripting. **Soft Skills:** Mentoring Capability: Ability to provide technical guidance to less experienced team members. Problem Solving: Analytical mindset to debug complex production issues. Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
