Learn more at experianplc.com. **Job Description** **Area Overview:** The Systems Engineering Management unit is responsible for developing applications and services requested by clients, as well as creating new solutions required by our organization to offer to our customers. **Position Purpose:** Responsible for managing and implementing IT projects for the organization and providing support in production environments to meet various customer requirements. **Deliverables:** * Contribute to the proper evaluation and planning of projects, as well as the correct allocation of resources. * Develop reliable and secure applications. * Minimize iterations in QA and deliver high-quality products. * Maintain updated applications, with organized and managed changes through the change manager. * Ensure operational continuity and SLAs for organizational services. * Contribute to generating solutions for IT issues required by the organization. * Ensure continuity and support for production applications. * Contribute to the management and results of the department. **Job Responsibilities:** * Participate in time estimation for projects assigned within the department. * Gather and analyze project-related requirements, translate them into natural language, eliminate ambiguities, and document them according to organizational standards. * Carry out application development based on Experian's defined standards regarding objects, architecture, and security. * Continuously maintain and optimize internal and external applications based on best practices, updating documentation for each new requirement and basic testing of included improvements. * Provide support to production teams: assisting in application deployments, resolving specific issues or reported incidents, requiring problem analysis to propose or implement the best solution. * Investigate and provide solutions for various issues arising during development. * Support different technical IT solutions by forming working groups and identifying feasible alternatives to resolve problems. * Provide necessary information to fully transfer developed IT solutions to the maintenance team. * Assume the role of technical lead for IT solutions developed within the department or with external companies. * Participate in and carry out tasks assigned by management within the scope of the position. * Conduct pentesting processes. **What are we looking for?** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. **Experience:** 3 years of experience in the field, with at least 1 year in similar roles. **Required Technical Skills:** * Analysis and design of IT solutions * Programming Languages: shell script, .NET (C\#, Visual Basic, ASP), Java (Netbeans, Eclipse), WS JSON API REST and SOAP * Development of workflows in Control\-M or similar (optional) * Operating Systems: UNIX, LINUX, and WINDOWS. * Relational databases: Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server, and/or MySQL. * WebServices development on Service BUS platforms such as IBM Broker or similar. * Development in IBM Datapower (optional) * ETL tools: Power Center, DataStage, or similar * Development in AWS, Apigee, Microservices, Python, Angular, or similar * Agile methodology with Scrum * Veracode tool (optional) * Jenkins tool (optional) * Atlassian Suite: Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence (optional) **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * Jira * Desired English proficiency * Agile Scrum methodology * Programming in AWS **Additional Information** What sets us apart is that we celebrate what makes us different.
