The individual enters data for order processing, document scanning, shipment routing, etc. Resolves issues and maintains ongoing professional relationships with customers. Responsibilities: * Processes exceptions in personnel management software. * Prepares and delivers various reports and analyses as required. * Administers requests for discretionary days, vacations, and compensation. * Completes special projects and deployments, performs research and analysis (e.g., daily, weekly, and monthly reports), and conducts process analysis and innovation.
