




We are looking for a Vulcanizer to join our maintenance team! Do you have experience in tire repair and inspection? You will be responsible for ensuring the inspection, repair, and replacement of tires on the assigned fleet, guaranteeing compliance with the quality and safety standards defined by the company. Main responsibilities: \-Inspect tires (tread depth, pressures, number of repairs). \-Perform scheduled tire changes and PSI calibration. \-Diagnose tire failures and refer as appropriate. \-Detect mechanical faults affecting tire lifespan. \-Check pressure sensors and comply with safety procedures. \-Apply regulations related to risk prevention, environment, and quality. Requirements: \-Complete secondary education. \-Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. \-Desirable training in tires from recognized brands (Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear). Working conditions: \-44-hour weekly working schedule. \-Rotating shifts 5x2 or 6x1. \-100% field work. Monthly net salary: $850,000.
