Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to supervise stations, assist the head chef and chef de partie in preparation, and perform mise en place. Key Highlights: 1. At Aramark, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant for a supermarket cafeteria located in Maipú. * **Net salary:** $521\.000 * **Rotating shifts 6x1**: AM shift: 07:00–15:00 hrs / PM shift: 12:00–20:00 hrs / Night shift: 21:00–07:00 am. **Requirements:** * Technical secondary education in gastronomy, higher technical qualification, or relevant courses is desirable. * Experience as a kitchen assistant (food handling). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage a station (Cold Room). * Assist the head chef and chef de partie in preparing soups and side dishes. * Perform **mise en place**. * Prepare between 100 and 150 servings.
