Opportunities for growth within the organization Job Description Romarrange Business Technologies SpA is seeking a **Business Systems Analyst** to analyze business processes, systems, and requirements, supporting the implementation of technological solutions that improve operational efficiency. The candidate will work with business and technology teams to translate needs into clear, measurable solutions. Main Responsibilities * Elicit and analyze requirements from various business areas. * Document processes, workflows, and functional needs. * Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement. * Coordinate with technology, operations, finance, and key user teams. * Prepare functional specifications, diagrams, and process documentation. * Support implementations, integrations, upgrades, and system projects. * Participate in functional testing and solution validation. * Analyze data and metrics to support business decisions. * Identify issues and propose improvements to processes and systems. * Track projects and requirements through to implementation. Requirements * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Systems, Administration, or related field. * Experience in business analysis, functional analysis, systems, or processes. * Knowledge of requirements elicitation and functional documentation. * Proficiency in Excel and analytical/reporting tools. * Familiarity with ERP, CRM, enterprise systems, and integrations. * SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools are desirable. * Experience with Agile, Scrum, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. * Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
