On-site supervision of electrical construction works 2. Coordination of teams and subcontractors 3. Resolution of technical contingencies and preparation of reports An electrical industry company is looking for an Electrical Engineer Field Supervisor to join a team focused on the execution and supervision of on-site electrical projects. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the execution of electrical construction works on site. * Coordinate and manage work teams and subcontracting companies. * Ensure compliance with applicable electrical and safety regulations. * Monitor project progress and adherence to established deadlines. * Resolve technical contingencies on site. * Prepare technical reports and progress updates. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal project departments. Requirements * Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising electrical construction works. * Experience coordinating on-site work. * Personnel management and subcontractor supervision experience. * Knowledge of current electrical regulations. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Willingness to work on site.
