Seeking a professional to lead its quality management system, ensuring international standards and promoting a culture of excellence throughout the organization. **Your mission:** * Develop, implement, and optimize quality systems, ensuring compliance with international regulations and certifications. * Lead the quality and assurance team, fostering their development and strengthening their technical capabilities. * Ensure integration of quality across all organizational areas: production, procurement, commercial, and human resources. * Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications, and manage export requirements. * Participate in new projects and in infrastructure and product planning. * Present proposals and reports to management for making relevant decisions. **Requirements:** * Degree in Food Industry Engineering, Quality Control, Agronomy, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * At least eight years of experience in quality assurance programs. * Knowledge: GMP, HACCP, FSMA, quality audits. * Advanced Excel, advanced English. * Experience in fresh and/or frozen fruit. * Availability to work on-site near Osorno.
