Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical or Industrial Civil Engineer to control and optimize maintenance processes, analyzing failures and deviations to improve reliability and efficiency. Propose improvements and provide technical support for area projects **Job Description** ---------------------- Monitor Planning targets, analyze maintenance deviations, and evaluate failures to optimize reliability and efficiency. * Analyze and assess deviations in maintenance processes, identifying causes and improvement opportunities. * Monitor achievement of Planning department targets and indicators. * Conduct failure analysis on systems, determining root causes and corrective actions. * Develop and track maintenance program compliance indicators. * Analyze technical information, prepare reports, and propose process optimization-oriented improvements. * Participate in and provide technical support for area projects. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Mechanical Civil Engineering or Industrial Civil Engineering * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial plant maintenance **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
