Responsibilities * Supervise and verify the proper execution of hospitality and user service operations at mining camps. * Oversee hospitality team activities, ensuring compliance with client-defined service, user attention, order, presentation, and user experience standards. * Coordinate, verify, and monitor fulfillment of resident requirements, incidents, and needs. * Maintain and ensure compliance with client- and Sodexo-established quality, safety, and service standards for hospitality services. * Supervise the performance of the assigned team, verifying adherence to procedures, schedules, shifts, and assigned tasks. * Ensure courteous and efficient user service at the camp, promoting a service experience aligned with defined excellence standards. Requirements * Residence within the Third Region or Metropolitan Region. * Higher Technical Degree in Administration or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Experience in the mining industry. * Availability to work rotating shifts (7x7). * Health compatible with working at high geographic altitudes.
