We are currently seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Officer to join our team, with experience in managing accreditations for mining operations and document control. The position is oriented toward ensuring compliance with requirements mandated by our clients, maintaining up-to-date documentation for personnel, vehicles, equipment, and the company to enable access to various mining operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage accreditation processes for personnel, companies, vehicles, and equipment on mining client platforms. * Administer and maintain updated legal and preventive documentation required for site access. * Coordinate occupational health examinations, trainings, inductions, and mandatory courses for personnel. * Verify compliance with current legislation regarding occupational safety and health. * Develop and update safe work procedures, risk matrices (IPER), ASTs, work permits, and technical reports. * Manage documentation requested by regulatory agencies and contracting companies. * Monitor expiration dates of licenses, examinations, certifications, and preventive documentation. * Support the implementation and monitoring of safety management systems. * Coordinate with internal and external clients to ensure compliance with site access and stay requirements. **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Occupational Health and Safety. * Valid registration with the Regional Ministry of Health (SEREMI de Salud). * Demonstrable experience in mining and contractor company accreditations. * Proficiency in accreditation platforms (WebControl, Pronexo, SIGA, Control Doc, ZYGHT or similar). * Knowledge of Law No. 16,744, Supreme Decree No. 40, Supreme Decree No. 44, Supreme Decree No. 594, and mining-specific safety regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Class B driver's license preferred. * Willingness to conduct field visits when required. **Competencies:** * High level of organization and planning. * Ability to manage multiple clients and concurrent deadlines. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Excellent coordination and communication skills. * Commitment to compliance and continuous improvement. **Offer Includes:** * Opportunity to join a company experiencing continuous growth. * Job stability. * Professional development in mining industry projects. * Compensation commensurate with experience and competencies.
