Art. 22\. The position oversees more than 20 private guards and reports to the client and our Santiago offices. A vehicle for on-site use, mobile phone, and laptop will be provided. Training in our procedures will be offered; however, candidates must possess strong character, leadership ability, civilian work experience, vigilance, self-control, and accountability. Candidates must present a professional appearance and be capable of instilling the same in their subordinates. At the same time, they must be courteous and demonstrate good manners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning technological platforms are required. Ability to work under pressure. Strong oral and written communication skills (writing and spelling), leadership, initiative, and sound judgment are essential. Requirements: Certificate as Port Maritime Security Supervisor or proof of retirement as a Navy non-commissioned officer.
