A Leading Fuel Company Operating in Mining Sites Requires: Mining Site Shift Supervisor - Region IV **Job Objective:** Contribute to the success of planning, directing, controlling and coordinating storage, handling and distribution activities of lubricants within the company's portfolio commercialized in mining operations, aiming to maintain excellence levels regarding operational performance, safety and service quality. Another objective is to transport and supply fuel safely and timely using the assigned vehicle. Job Functions: * Prepare, execute, control and monitor services and equipment availability, ensuring quality in terms of timely, safe and properly performed work. * Support service management in tasks such as prevention, teamwork, spare parts management, cost control, failure analysis, implementation of improvements, critical jobs and work procedures. * Prepare and deliver reports on equipment and facility availability. * Plan, implement and control execution of the company’s management system, aiming for zero accidents. * Conduct daily field technical inspections for operational control at the Contract facilities in the mine. * Optimize use of resources related to the company's services, identifying, reporting and implementing improvement opportunities. * Responsible for conducting inventories and ensuring their accurate reconciliation. * Perform random on-site checks during inventory control processes, covering all involved stages and/or any other activity involving control of * Lubricants stored in facilities * Comply with safety activities required by the HSEC plan. * Ensure that accreditation of personnel under their responsibility remains valid. * Coordinate proper shift scheduling for all operational staff in the unit. * Maintain effective communication with internal units regarding field equipment services, guaranteeing continuous improvement in on-site equipment supply processes. * Ensure that equipment dispatched for operation has valid documentation. * Comply with and enforce current operational procedures. * Deliver daily 5-minute safety talks. **Requirements:** * Education Level: Engineer or Higher-Level Technician. * 3 years of experience in similar positions (supervisory, leadership, supervision) and mining operations. * Mining site experience with camp accommodations. * Valid Class B driver's license, without serious violations or infractions in the last 3 years. * Availability to work rotating shifts 7x7. Rotating shifts (day and night). * Experience in mining sector.
