Baja, La Serena) * Commune: La Serena * Region: Coquimbo * Period: From January 2nd to February 20th, 2026. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Lead the pedagogical process of the group(s) of children under their responsibility in the Vacation Program at My Kindergarten, in partnership with families and the community, within the framework of the Educational Quality Policy, managing their team to promote full development and comprehensive well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and develop the pedagogical process of the group of children under their responsibility, during planning, implementation, evaluation, and feedback stages, creating enriched and comfortable learning environments through collaborative work with the classroom team, to achieve quality learning outcomes. * Plan, implement, and evaluate feedback sessions with their team for critical reflection and analysis of pedagogical practices, promoting improvement in the quality of learning processes and strengthening their knowledge, skills, and attitudes. * Lead and implement diversified strategies to encourage active participation of children's families in the educational process, coordinating with Extended Hours when applicable. * Lead and execute initiatives to promote respectful treatment, healthy living, and environmental care among children under their responsibility, in collaboration with families, fostering an environment conducive to their holistic development and quality learning. * Guide and promote among their team the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, reporting promptly on any issues to ensure safe spaces for the comprehensive well-being of all children and the educational community. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional degree as Kindergarten Teacher awarded by a Normal School, University, or Professional Institute of Higher Education, recognized by the Ministry of Education. * Desirable one (1) year of experience in a similar position.
