Key Responsibilities: * **Full Stack Development:** Build, test, and deploy responsive web applications across both frontend and backend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. * **Feature Implementation:** Translate product requirements and wireframes into clean, reusable, and efficient code using modern frameworks. * **Debugging and Optimization:** Resolve technical issues, optimize applications for maximum speed, and maintain code quality through industry best practices. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with product leads, designers, and senior developers during daily standups and code reviews to ship high-impact features. * **Continuous Learning:** Research new technologies, stay current with industry standards, and actively apply feedback to improve your programming skills. What We’re Looking For: * **Experience:** More than 1 year of practical experience or a strong, demonstrable portfolio of full-stack development projects (academic, personal, or professional). * **Portfolio:** A GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing real code, projects, and problem-solving skills is essential. Show us what you’ve built. * **Technical Stack:** Solid foundational knowledge of modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React or Vue.js) and backend fundamentals (Node.js, Python or similar), plus experience with relational or non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). * **Tools:** Familiarity with version control systems (Git and GitHub) and basic deployment workflows. * **Mindset:** You’re curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
