If you share our bold mindset of being the best in our class, we want you with us \#wewantyouIN. **Your future role** Lead, implement, and consolidate the Training Center under the Ready to Start Safe (RSS) model, ensuring effective training of employees and contractors on critical risks, complying with legal regulations (DS 132, DS 67, ISO 45001, ISO 9001\) and corporate standards. **Responsibilities*** Define and execute the Training Center strategy aligned with EHSQ Management, HR, and Operations. * Design, implement, and evaluate the Annual Training Plan for internal and external clients. * Define, design, and implement training and evaluation standards for courses delivered by the Center. * Design and implement technical evaluation methodologies in recruitment and selection processes. * Manage human, financial, and material resources of the center. * Supervise program quality and ensure external certifications (SENCE, mutuals, Sernageomin or others). * Develop training performance indicators (KPIs) and report them to management. * Lead innovation in training methodologies (simulation, VR, practical workshops). * Ensure instructors meet technical and pedagogical standards. **Your profile*** Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer or Risk Prevention professional, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in training and development management within mining, industry, or projects. * Knowledge of mining and safety regulations (DS 132, DS 67, Law 16\.744, Sernageomin, mutuals). * Integrated management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001\). * Operational critical risks and control programs (lockout, height, lifting, confined spaces, welding, service equipment operation, plant maintenance). * Instructional design, active learning methodologies, and certifications (SENCE, accreditations). * Strategic training management: planning, budgeting, ROI, and digital tools (LMS, e\-learning, Power BI). * Availability to work 4x3 shift schedule. **Are you ready to drive the future with us? To fulfill our purpose of humanizing mining, we want you to: * Repair machinery used in production and non-production areas. * Assemble and disassemble equipment when necessary. * Carry out general maintenance across different areas. * Request spare parts and materials from the appropriate personnel to ensure operational continuity.
