




The Agile Practitioner plays a critical role in the agile transformation of an organization, working collaboratively to implement efficient practices and develop an agile culture. They contribute to improving value delivery, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction within the organization. Models Chubb's digital-first approach, working closely with the Domain Lead and Subdomain Lead, the Product Owner (PO), and team members to guide them in effectively executing our ways of working, leveraging relevant methodologies and tools to scale across business units/domains. Focuses on continuous value delivery by leveraging diverse tools and processes, including quarterly business reviews and release planning aligned with OKRs. Works closely with development teams, organizational leadership, and other stakeholders to implement effective agile practices and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. * Collaborate with Domain Leads and Product Owners to drive team progress toward business outcomes with a focus on delivering incremental and iterative value-added capabilities * Guide the team through different delivery cycles to define effective objectives based on the Domain’s mission, translate them into clear and specific team key results, and align them with product backlogs and roadmaps with a focus on improving ways of working * Guide the team to understand the vision and roadmap with a results-oriented focus aligned with OKRs and the domain mission * Write well-sized Epics and user stories with clearly articulated requirements and success/acceptance criteria to minimize rework * Establish and facilitate effective ceremonies at team and domain levels to deliver iteratively, with clear accountability for work that meets business outcomes * Measure and monitor performance linked to OKRs, adjusting efforts as needed * Collaborate with POs and team members to establish and increase fluency in key methodologies and tools: Agile, Jira, Mural, and others as required * Lead and facilitate the implementation of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean across the organization * Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize project goals and requirements * Set up and facilitate retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities (process, collaboration, etc.) in the execution of our ways of working * Drive the adoption and scaling of digital ways of working, leading through influence and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement * Monitor external best practices and assess opportunities to enhance our ways of working * Collaborate with POs and team members to optimize value throughout the delivery cycle by role modeling and coaching the team to eventually "do it themselves" effectively * Guide and lead agile training/onboarding sessions to support team members in learning and effectively practicing agile methods * Identify, document, and monitor dependencies, risks, and issues, and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate or resolve them * Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning within the organization * Identify and remove impediments that may affect team progress and value delivery * Provide training and guidance to team members and other stakeholders on agile methodologies and best practices * Collaborate with organizational leadership to align agile initiatives with strategic business objectives * Measure and evaluate the impact of agile methodology implementation in terms of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction * Drive continuous improvements in agile processes and practices, promoting innovation and experimentation * Agile coach, scrum master, or other agile certifications (CSM, ICE-AC, ICP-ACC, PSM I, PSM II, SAFe) * MS/BS degree in computer science, software development, business experience, technology, product development, and management * Functional Competencies: + Ability to lead through influence, effectively engage, develop, and empower people + Self-motivated, capable of energizing the team + Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills + Experience providing daily guidance and advisory support to work teams + High level of organization and attention to detail with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts + Ability to build trust and effectively resolve conflicts Technical Competencies: Agile development experience, such as digital Product Owner, Product Manager, or scrum master with extensive experience and more than 3 years of successful digital product delivery.* + Knowledge of agile software development processes (e.g., XP, Kanban, Scrum, etc.) + Knowledge of and/or experience with agile techniques (e.g., user stories, test-driven development) + Experience in end-to-end digital product management lifecycle; preferably in insurance + Solid knowledge of product management tools, including Jira and Mural + Fundamental understanding of software development * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different areas of the organization * Experience facilitating agile meetings and workshops * Knowledge of agile project management techniques, such as sprint planning, progress tracking, and risk management * Ability to be proactive and make quick decisions in challenging situations * Customer orientation and ability to understand customer needs and expectations * Advanced proficiency in Office * Advanced Excel (level test required) * Knowledge of the local insurance market * Agile project management tools and software * Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) * Other certification: SAFE SM, PMP.
