Key Responsibilities * Supervise the proper preparation and analysis of mineralogical samples. * Ensure quality and timeliness in result delivery. * Monitor the laboratory’s operational production and its weekly performance. * Evaluate competencies and performance of supervised personnel. * Supervise equipment operation and compliance with safety regulations. * Manage the equipment maintenance and calibration program. * Prepare laboratory productivity reports. * Monitor appropriate use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Manage critical supply inventory to ensure operational continuity. **Requirements** * Technical or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of mineral processing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Physical fitness compatible with site work. * Availability to work in the Atacama and Coquimbo Regions. * Willingness to travel as required by the position. **Additional Information** We offer * Professional Development Plan * Birth and Christmas gifts for employees’ children * Life insurance from date of joining the organization * Special leave entitlements * Benefits through Caja Los Andes and associated agreements * Ongoing training
