





We are looking to integrate a Kitchen Assistant into our work team. A key position in the training process to develop in different areas of the kitchen. Main responsibilities: * Assist in preparing mise en place and recipes according to the restaurant's manual. * Maintain hygiene and order at your workstation, utensils, and common areas. * Control inventories, supplies, and food temperatures. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and personal presentation standards. * Follow instructions from the head chef and work as a team during service. Work schedules 6x1 and 5x2 with two Sundays off per month Requirements: * 2 to 3 years of experience in the field (not mandatory) * Commitment to sanitary and safety regulations. * Availability for rotating AM and PM shifts * Responsibility, discipline, and willingness to learn.
