As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, following food safety and hygiene procedures, continuously improving your skills and knowledge in food safety, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations to meet client standards. Responsibilities * Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet demand. Continuously improve skills and knowledge in food safety, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations. * Facilitate and expedite food preparation and cooking. * Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment. * Assist with meal service by plating dishes, preparing the dining area, and helping with cleaning after meals. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in collective catering services. * Knowledge of equipment, tools, and supplies used in the area. * Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization procedures. * Knowledge of food hygiene and handling. * Availability to work on a 10x10 shift schedule.
