At Casaideas, we are seeking a Regional Manager to lead several stores in your region, ensuring each one delivers a unique shopping experience by combining operational efficiency, commercial excellence, and a motivated team. **What you will do:** * Supervise and guide Store Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with our strategy. * Monitor performance indicators and correct deviations to meet sales, operations, and service targets. * Train and support teams in implementing **customer service, visual merchandising, and inspiring shopping experiences**. * Coordinate store openings, closures, renovations, and seasonal changes, ensuring seamless integration between physical and digital operations. * Manage inventory, shrinkage, and product withdrawals to ensure product availability. * Lead follow-up meetings and provide feedback to enhance team performance and development. **What we’re looking for:** * Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 5 years of experience leading teams in **retail or fast-moving consumer goods**, preferably in Store Management roles. * Experience in **omnichannel operations** (physical and digital) and inventory management. * Proficient in SAP and Excel (intermediate level).
