A leader in the healthcare sector, both in Chile and Latin America, we have advanced technology and integrated management. **Job Mission:** Manage, control, and administer the company's IT infrastructure services, ensuring stability, availability, and scalability **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and Operational Continuity o Monitor the status and performance of IT infrastructure (servers, databases, storage, and hybrid cloud). o Coordinate preventive and corrective actions to avoid impacts on production services. o Participate in the design and execution of disaster recovery tests (DRP), both during and outside working hours * IT Services and Vendor Management o Manage IT service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational agreements (OLA) o Coordinate infrastructure maintenance and changes with vendors and internal teams o Continuously evaluate vendor performance, managing penalties and contract adjustments as necessary * Incident and Problem Management o Supervise resolution of critical incidents impacting business continuity o Coordinate technical escalations with support providers according to severity levels o Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and propose preventive improvements * Optimization and FinOps o Efficiently manage costs associated with IT infrastructure using a FinOps approach, optimizing resource usage in the cloud (dynamic tiering, automation of scaling, etc.). o Evaluate solutions that allow cost reduction without compromising security and performance * Automation and Operational Efficiency o Promote the use of infrastructure as code (IaC) for efficient management of hybrid cloud (Azure and OCI). o Drive automation of operational tasks to improve efficiency in server and database administration * Security and Regulatory Compliance o Ensure that the IT infrastructure complies with current regulations, including Chile's Cybersecurity Framework Law. o Apply best practices in infrastructure management based on ISO 27001. o Other duties assigned by management, related to the position **Requirements:** Bachelor's or Civil Engineering degrees in Computer Science, Computing, Networking, Industrial Engineering, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, IT service administration, and operational continuity Experience in managing IT vendors and evaluating services under SLA/OLA. Experience managing hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud) ITIL Foundation v4. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, desirable Microsoft 365 administration certification, desirable. Courses/Certifications in infrastructure automation and management (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell) Training in ISO 27001. Fundamentals of FinOps Intermediate to advanced English for technical communication with vendors and international teams Ability to coordinate security audits and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001) **Offer Conditions:**
