Culture of innovation and continuous learning **Job Description** ---------------------- Senior Full Stack Software Engineer At Grupo Falabella, we are looking for our next Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Corporate Technology Management team and actively contribute to the group's digital transformation. What is the purpose of this role? You will be responsible for designing and developing end\-to\-end (frontend and backend) software solutions, working in agile teams to build digital products that deliver real value to our users and business. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Participate in the entire development lifecycle: planning, design, development, testing, and continuous deployment. Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to build robust and scalable solutions. Apply sound engineering and architectural practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and extensible code. Produce clear technical documentation to facilitate system understanding and evolution. Act as a technical liaison with external teams and stakeholders, resolving dependencies and risks. Identify improvements, propose solutions, and resolve incidents in production environments. Develop proof-of-concepts and new technological initiatives. What do we require from you? Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. At least 3 years of Full Stack development experience. Experience working with agile methodologies. Experience in API development (mandatory). Experience creating A2A and MCP agents (mandatory). Technical stack: ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, Python, and GCP. Intermediate-level knowledge of PostgreSQL. Why Falabella?
