### **Machine Room Operator / Refrigeration Area – Cold Storage Facility** **Location:** Isla de Maipo **Salary:** $800\.000 net ️ **Benefit:** Casino **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (A, B and C) We are looking for a **Machine Room Operator** to join the technical team in the refrigeration area at our cold storage facility located in **Isla de Maipo**. We seek a **proactive, responsible individual eager to learn**, preferably **young**, with technical training or experience in industrial refrigeration. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist refrigeration area tasks under the instructions of the **Technical Manager**. * Monitor refrigeration systems: **cold rooms, pre-cooling tunnels, loading docks**, among others. * Immediately report any malfunctions or situations requiring technical attention. * Take pallet temperatures during pre-cooling tunnel and holding chamber setup. * Maintain temperatures within the ranges established by operational guidelines. * Provide general support in field operations and cold storage tasks as needed. ### **Requirements:** * Experience in **cold storage facilities, cold rooms, or similar areas**. * Ideally trained as a **Mechanical, Electromechanical Technician or related field**. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * Interest in growing and adapting to the role (potential for long-term seasonal work and continuity). ### **Rotating Shifts:** **Shift A:** * Monday to Friday: 00:00 to 08:00 hrs. * Saturday: 00:00 to 07:00 hrs. * 30 min. break **Shift B:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 16:00 hrs. * Saturday: 07:00 to 14:00 hrs. * 30 min. break **Shift C:** * Monday to Friday: 16:00 to 00:00 hrs. * Saturday: 14:00 to 21:00 hrs. * 30 min. break * (Shift C is temporary, with potential for stable continuation.)
