At **Mindco**, a company specialized in asset management, maintenance, and industrial reliability, we are seeking a **Reliability and Materials Engineer** to support the management of critical materials, indicator control, and optimization of maintenance strategies at the **Caletones Smelter, El Teniente Division**. **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze technical information related to equipment, materials, and critical spare parts. * Manage material lists and replenishment strategies. * Monitor reliability and availability indicators (KPIs). * Develop control dashboards in Power BI and SAP PM. * Propose continuous improvement actions and ensure the execution of **SOMA** within their discipline. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Engineering with **a minimum of 5 years of experience in Reliability and Material Planning in Mineral Processing Plants**. * Experience in **mineral processing plants or smelters**. * Proficiency in management dashboards, business indicators, and KPIs (Power BI, Office platform). * Intermediate-level proficiency in **SAP PM, Power BI, and advanced Excel**. * Knowledge of **failure analysis methods (RCA, RCM)** and technical inventory management. * Experience in planning or managing material resources. * **Ideally residing in Rancagua or Machalí.**
