A leading industrial company dedicated to the production and distribution of food containers, seals, pots, and labels, located in the Los Libertadores Industrial Park (commune of Colina, Metropolitan Region), is currently seeking quality inspectors to support various production supervision processes. The position reports directly to the company's management and quality control supervisor, and daily duties are performed at the production plant and in the quality control laboratory. **Job Mission**: * Responsible for ensuring compliance with established procedures across different processes for development and continuous improvement, guaranteeing maintenance and control of cleanliness, order, and hygiene of personnel within the organization. * Ensure that products from the production process meet defined quality specifications. * Guarantee customer satisfaction by releasing high-quality and safe products. **Candidate Profile**: * Individuals with experience in industrial production and/or food industry. * Knowledge of quality standards. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards. * Knowledge of management and food safety systems, food fraud, food defense, and food safety (FSCC22.000 - (ISO 9000). **Work Schedule**: 44 hr weekly rotating shifts: * Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 15:00 hr / 15:00 - 22:30 hr / 23:00 - 07:00 hr * Saturday: 07:00 - 12:15 hr / 12:15 - 16:00 hr **Responsibilities**: * Verify that received products, raw materials, supplies, or other items meet defined technical quality and safety specifications and are correctly identified. * Verify and control that received products, raw materials, supplies, or other items comply with origin documentation (quality certificates, allergen declarations, technical sheets, and other required documents). * Verify that production technical sheets are up to date and contain information consistent with the process to be inspected. * Verify that the production schedule is updated, includes respective work orders, and contains information consistent with the process to be inspected. * Conduct start-up inspections of processes to ensure cleanliness and safety of processing areas. * Verify and control that initial setup parameters fall within technical quality specifications to approve machine production runs. * Verify and perform controls on product-defined parameters to ensure they meet technical quality specifications for approval of finished products. * Comply with and verify compliance of procedures established in the Food Quality and Safety Management System. * Control and verify that calibration of instruments and equipment is current. * Continuously train and audit operators on in-line controls they perform themselves.
