




At CGS Contact Center, we are looking to hire the best telephone customer service representatives to join our Customer Service team. Resolve inquiries and provide solutions via phone calls, social media, and/or email. **What are we looking for?** Dynamic individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to help; Excellent computer and internet skills, and an interest in technology (we use various programs and applications); Strong communication skills (oral and written); Foreigners with valid permanent residency. **Service schedule:** We work 44 weekly hours on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 22:00 hrs. (6x1 and 5x2\). Shifts are announced two weeks in advance. Due to shift rotation, this job is NOT compatible with studies. **Compensation:** We offer a base salary of **$529,000 (gross)** \+ a monthly legal bonus of 25% over taxable income. **Workplace:** At CGS Contact Center facilities located in downtown Santiago, two blocks away from U. de Chile metro station or Parque Almagro metro station. **Training:** Participate in an in-person training program that will provide you with all the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed as an executive. It lasts 13 business days, held from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00 hrs.
