Drive continuous improvement, metrics, and predictability A global leader in technology services is looking for a **Release Train Engineer (RTE)** to lead Agile Release Trains on high-impact projects. **What we’re looking for:** * \+7 years of experience in delivery, programs, or agile leadership * \+5 years in agile software development or delivery * Experience as an **RTE in SAFe environments** (mandatory) * Facilitation of **PI Planning, System Demo, Inspect \& Adapt** * Risk management, dependency management, and coordination across multiple teams * Knowledge of **CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation** * Conversational and written English from B2 level Residency in Santiago, Chile **Your impact in this role:** * Lead the **Agile Release Train (ART)** and its execution * Ensure continuous value flow across teams * Coordinate between business, architecture, and technical teams * Drive continuous improvement, metrics, and predictability * Act as an agile coach and service leader **Nice to have:** * Hands-on experience in development/engineering * Advanced metrics expertise (flow, DevOps, predictability) * Experience in cloud, pipelines, or observability * Leadership of multiple ARTs
