Analysis and resolution of complex Flexcube issues **What We Are Looking For?** Oracle Flexcube Expert **Your Key Responsibilities:** Professional Profile: Oracle Flexcube Subject Matter Expert (SME)\*\* \*\*Position Description:\*\* GFT is seeking an Oracle Flexcube Expert with extensive functional and technical experience in Flexcube 14\.x, particularly in the Retail Lending module and other core banking components. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in incident analysis, root cause identification, version management, patch updates, and Flexcube-related migrations. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* * Provide functional and technical expertise in \*\*Oracle Banking Retail Lending, OBTF, and OBPM (Oracle Banking Process Manager)\*\*. * Perform analysis, debugging, and root cause identification of Flexcube issues. * Manage Flexcube version release cycles, including deployments, testing, and incident resolution. * Lead and execute \*\*Flexcube patch and version upgrades\*\* (e.g., versions 14\.x and above). * Support Flexcube-related migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption. * Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of \*\*Oracle Database and WebLogic\*\*. * Ensure adherence to best practices in Flexcube architecture, customization, and integration. \*\*Required Experience:\*\* 1\. \*\*Functional and Technical Knowledge:\*\* * Hands-on experience with \*\*Oracle Banking Retail Lending, OBTF, and OBPM\*\* (functional and technical aspects). * Solid understanding of Flexcube 14\.x architecture, data models, and workflows. 2\. \*\*Incident Analysis and Root Cause Identification:\*\* * Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in production Flexcube environments. 3\. \*\*Technical Skills:\*\* * Proficiency in \*\*Oracle Database\*\* (SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning) and \*\*WebLogic\*\* administration. * Knowledge of Flexcube technical components: APIs, scripts, core tables, and interfaces. 4\. \*\*Version and Incident Management:\*\* * Experience managing Flexcube releases: deployment planning, change management, and post-implementation support. 5\. \*\*Upgrades and Migrations:\*\* * Direct participation in \*\*Flexcube patch and version upgrades\*\*. * Prior experience in \*\*Flexcube migration projects\*\* (on-premise to cloud, cross-version migrations, etc.) will be a significant advantage. 6\. \*\*Additional Skills (Desirable):\*\* * Understanding of banking processes and integration with external systems. * Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies in banking IT environments. \*\*Ideal Candidate Profile:\*\* * Over 8 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube implementation, support, or upgrade projects. * Prior experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on core banking solutions. * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and guide teams on Flexcube best practices. **Soft Skills:** 1\.
