The candidate will be responsible for technically leading the design and development of Backend applications of varying complexity, supporting the team from analysis through to production deployment. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the technical design and development of Backend applications. * Actively participate in requirements analysis and architecture definition. * Develop logical and technical designs aligned with organizational standards. * Support the team in implementing solutions and resolving complex problems. * Conduct code reviews and promote good development practices. * Supervise the technical quality of deliverables. * Support deployment of artifacts into pre-production and production environments. * Serve as the team’s technical reference, facilitating decision-making. * Resolve technical impediments and ensure alignment with architectural and security standards. * Foster collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the team. **Basic Requirements (Personal Skills)** * High level of proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Self-taught and committed to continuous learning. * Effective communication with technical and business teams. * Demonstrable technical leadership capability. * Willingness to tackle complex challenges. * Technical mentoring and coaching skills. **Mandatory Technical Requirements** * Advanced knowledge of **Apache Kafka**. * Proficiency in **Java and Spring Boot** (including Spring Data JPA). * Experience with **REST and SOAP services**. * Solid understanding of **Design Patterns**. * Experience with **Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito)**. * Experience applying **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)**. * Familiarity with **Git Flow** and version control best practices. * Experience working under the **Scrum methodology**. * Experience with **relational databases (PostgreSQL)**.
