Technical Lead **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technically leads the design and development of backend applications of varying complexity, participating in requirements analysis, architecture definition, logical design, guiding the team during solution implementation, code reviews, and best practices. * Supervises the technical quality of developments and supports the deployment of artifacts into pre-production and production environments. * Acts as the team’s technical reference, facilitating technical decision-making, resolving impediments, and ensuring alignment with organizational architecture and security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Requirements: * Knowledge of Apache Kafka * Knowledge of Spring Boot, JPA, and Java * Experience with REST/SOAP services * Knowledge of Design Patterns * Experience with Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito) * Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) * Proficiency in Git Flow and version control best practices * Experience working under the Scrum methodology * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) Soft Skills: * Proactivity * Self-directed learning * Effective communication * Technical leadership capability * Willingness to tackle challenges * Technical mentoring and coaching skills Desirable Requirements: Experience in banking or financial retail **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
